TALLERES TEJEDOR SÁNCHEZ, S.L., adapting to the quality and productivity demands of an increasingly competitive market, has a Quality Assurance System, described in the Quality Manual and further developed in a Procedures Manual, in accordance with the requirements of the current UNE-EN-ISO International Standard.
Management expressly states its fundamental commitment to enhancing quality within the company, in order to achieve compliance with the following policy:
- The main objective is customer satisfaction.
- Management will promote the necessary improvements to achieve the objectives.
- Quality can only be interpreted as a permanent compliance with requirements.
- Quality is susceptible to continuous improvement.
- Failures should be used to learn and eliminate the sources or causes that generated them.
- All staff must accept the commitment to improve quality within their field of work.
- It is part of the policy to encourage continuous training for all staff in order to achieve the objectives.
