Acquisition of the production unit of Talleres Tejedor Sánchez SL, with the aim of continuing the productive, economic, and business activity at the Palencia plant, preventing its closure. The project seeks to expand the business in the region, acquire new product lines, and allow for the specialization of certain production processes in a specific unit, thereby improving competitiveness.
